Sale of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar
For over sixty years, we have carefully preserved the tradition of balsamic vinegar.
What began as a small acetaia born out of passion is still alive today, cared for with the same dedication and respect for ancient customs. Production remains limited and precious: two sets of five barrels each, from which only 4–5 liters of balsamic vinegar are produced each year. Our guarantee lies in the continuity of knowledge passed down through generations and in the authentic bond with the land of Modena.
Each small bottle contains years of patience, tradition, and artisanal care.
