Residenze Estensi was founded in Modena in September 2025, inspired by the desire to share the beauty of our city and the authentic hospitality that has always defined the people of Emilia.
Our mission is simple: to offer guests a stay that combines comfort, elegance, and attention to detail, making everyone feel truly at home.
Our apartments, located in the historic center, are furnished in a modern style and equipped with all essential amenities: air conditioning, private bathroom, bathroom linens, free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, and a fully equipped kitchenette.
Each space is designed to ensure maximum comfort and independence, whether for a short stay or a longer visit.
To make your stay even more enjoyable, we offer a complimentary ZTL permit for vehicles, allowing our guests to conveniently park beneath the property, as well as weekly bed and bathroom linen changes for longer stays.
Upon request, we also provide personalized extra services, ranging from shuttle service to and from airports and train stations, to the opportunity to purchase local Modenese products—especially traditional balsamic vinegar from Acetaia Messori, which we proudly manage ourselves.
